Essential Solsona »
A circular underground structure covered with a dome, which was used to store the ice obtained from the Riu Negre (river) or from the Bòfia cave.
It was in use from the 17th to the 19th century. Over the coldest months, the ice was kept in the well and from spring to autumn it was sold.
Reopening in JULY, special hours with a guided tour: Saturdays at 12:15 p.m., 1:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. and Sundays at 12:15 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.
Maximum capacity per time slot: 12 people. It is mandatory to wear a mask and follow the indications of the guide.

Closed on public holidays September the 11th, December the 25th and 26th and January the 1st and 6th.

Price: General 3 €; reduced entry 2€ (aged between 8 – 16, over 65 or retired). Free under 8 years.
