Ice Well
A circular structure covered with a dome, which was used to store ice obtained from the Negre River or from the Bòfia Hole. It was used from the 17th to the 19th centuries. During the coldest months, the ice was stored and preserved inside, and was sold from spring until All Saints’ Day.
