The MTB route 1 – Pont de l’Afrau is a circular route that runs through the middle of the forest until reaching the Pont de l’Afrau.

The route begins at the starting point of the MTB routes of Solsona which is located behind the Solsona Post Office, very close to the Solsonès Tourist Office.

Observations of the route: depending on the weather conditions, you may find wet areas with mud

This route can be done all year round.
